Information for Customers

We have our own drying and storage facilities based at our Leverton farm. We can store, at floor level, up to 5,000 tonnes of grain and up to 7,000 tonnes surcharged.

Information for Consumers

At John Saul Ltd we grow Winter Wheat that is drilled in September – October and harvested the following August – September. We grow different varieties for the feed, (animal), and milling, (flour), markets.

Per Slice of Whole Wheat Bread: Calories 69kcal, Calories from Fat 8kcal, Total Fat 1g (1%), Saturated Fat 0g (1%), Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol 0mg ( 0%), Sodium 132mg (6%), Total Carbohydrate 12g (4%), Dietary Fibre 2g (6%), Sugars 2g, Protein 4g, Calcium 3%, Iron 4%.

Whole Wheat Bread is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Dietary Fibre, and a very good source of Manganese and Selenium.
