Our greatest advantage of farming next to the sea, (The Wash), is that it provides for cooler air and sea mists, (frets), enabling this temperature and humidity sensitive crop to continue to grow even in the hottest of summers.
Our storage and misting facilities enable us to rapidly remove field heat to provide a fresh, crisp product from June to November.
